Stop focussing on your competition (whoever or whatever that may be) and instead break new grounds and forge ahead.

Focussing on competition introduces negativity, fear, and dissonance into a team or individual.

Don’t ever publicly knock your competition. You will only lose credibility and the high ground if you do.

By all means learn and be aware of your competition (and others) but do not waste energy focusing in on them.

Time is your most precious resource and once it s gone, it’s gone. Don’t waste the time on distractions.

Focus on what you can control and what value you can create and do it to the best of your abilities.

Stand for something, work hard to always improve and deliver value, and to let people know what you stand for and the principles that underpin your stance in the world.

Just be you. Whatever that may be in this moment in time, make sure you enjoy doing it to the best of your ability.
